Date in report is not in a usable format

I exported a report form 1/1/2023 to 12/31/2023 and I got a *.csv file.
When I open the *.csv file in excell, for the first start date entry it says: 1672547101 while for the first end date entry it says: 1672547101.
How do I convert this to a date or a date and time entry in the cell?
