The LOS tool is reporting incorrect values. My earlier report of this problem (12 hours or so) was incorrectly closed with an explanation that lacked any followup test.
I now have photographs of a single scenario and I switch between METRIC and IMPERIAL in the SETTINGS.
If you select imperial, it allows you to correctly input elevation in FEET. However, if you then look at the LOS line drawing below, the (m) METRIC units is reported as the same value as the FEET you entered .. which is a programming error. Ex. 33’ DOES NOT equate to 33(m).
Please look at the photos below … specifically, when the Units is set to IMPERIAL.
The solution is:
Either correct the LOS line drawing units to reflect that you’re working with IMPERIAL
or
Leave the LOS line drawing units as METRIC but do the CONVERSION of the IMPERIAL values entered into their appropriate METRIC equivalent.
