It would be great if a template for installs or commissions would allow multiple contacts to be setup with the commission rate in the template. ie On payout I transfer a set % of HNT to a wallet I use for staking. It would be great if when setting up an install, if we could have standard percentages/contacts filled in.

This is already possible.
You can add as many contacts as you wish on an install.
Also go to settings and set default commission template that will be used by default.
