Connectivity and port forwarding test

Helium App / API / Explorer are quite laggy and may not show you the true picture about hotspot status and connectivity details.
Would it be possible to add these features to Hotspotty?
- Ping "API Reported Listen Address" - just to make sure hotspot is responding
- Check if the port 44518 is open on that IP address to make sure the port forwarding is configured correctly.
