When removing wallet from account, have option to NOT remove all hotspots.

Currently if you remove a wallet, it immediately deletes all the associated hotspots. Would be nice to have an option to leave the hotspots monitored, but no longer have the wallet in hotspotty.

For instance, you want to track friends hotspots but you don't want their wallet balance to show up in totals!
