I pay a fixed USD amount to my hosts for installs a month. Currently the only option for Currency is HNT. Is it possible to have currency other than HNT?

I pay in USD based on the market value of the$ HNT that they earned so that they dont have to have any crypto account or deal with Crypto Taxes. So not just flat rate monthly payments, but FIAT either manually entered, or calculated. I think this is elsewhere in the suggestions.
